I loved the conversation I had in my latest episode of Next with Novo so much I wanted to try something new. Today, I’m releasing the uncut version of my interview with Swiss contemporary visual artist Urs Fischer on his upcoming NFT drop, digital art, and the future of how we interact as humans—both in real life and in the metaverse. For those that don’t know, Urs, whose work has appeared at New York's iconic Gagosian gallery, is not only an icon in the traditional art world but someone who's married physical and digital art for over a decade. Urs has found acclaim in different mediums throughout his career in digital and physical spaces—from giant clay sculptures and packs of cigarettes to immersive video installations. Whether it lives in a digital or physical space, Urs creates work that will stand the test of time across movements and generations.
